With more than 35 years of experience across international defense, security, and intelligence, Justin Bishop has spent a career asking the question most security programs aren't asking: not how to respond to a threat, but how to find it before it finds you.
Justin's career spans military service, government counterterrorism and counterintelligence work, and private sector protective services in some of the world's most complex and elevated-risk operating environments. That breadth of experience — across multiple continents, threat environments, and client types — fundamentally shaped how he thinks about security: not as a reactive posture, but as a proactive discipline grounded in intelligence tradecraft.
The through-line of his career began with a single conviction: that the tradecraft behind surveillance detection — identifying pre-attack reconnaissance before it becomes hostile action — is the most reliable and underutilized tool available to security professionals.
